7 Days ‘No Questions / Any Reason’ Returns and Refunds.*

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason; the item isn’t what you expected or doesn’t meet your needs, or you simply have a change of heart, that is ok with us. Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to provide you with a full refund of the purchase price. All we ask is that you provide proof of purchase, and ensure the item remains to be in a saleable condition (free from any damage and with any relevant packaging sealed and un-opened) as it was sent to you. After you contact us in regards to the return and refund, we will guide you through the process, and endeavor to make it as prompt and painless as possible.

30 Days Warranty.**

Our products come with a complete 30 day warranty, for any faulty or damaged items. The Warranty Period will commence upon your receipt of the goods, and will cover any and all faults, damage or significant failure of the item/s incurred by means out of your control and not by your causing.

If you encounter a problem with a product and need to have something replaced or refunded within this warranty period, simply email us and we will assist with your claim. ‘Proof of Purchase’ will need to be retained and provided, and evidence of fault or damage may need to be provided upon request. All cases will be assessed individually and the outcome will be determined by us relevant to each unique circumstance.

* Excludes Opal Stones, Opal Jewellery, Gold and Gold Paydirt Products. (These are covered by the 7 days only.)
